Architecture
Proppos has a hybrid architecture between cloud and on-premise. The entire labelling and training process of the models is carried out in the cloud and it is used for the integration of other applications such as the Back Office. The cloud is also used to integrate with the customer's ERP for centralized and scalable integration.
In restaurants, the models run in the local database to provide real-time product identification without relying on the Internet.

Proppos FastPay is a tool for any time of the day, it allows you to identify any product during meals or breakfasts.

Smart Kiosk
Proppos FastPay allows shopping directly with its Smart Kiosk functionality.
Speed is in the DNA of Proppos FastPay. For those customers who want to buy products that need to be prepared, such as a coffee or a hot sandwich, Proppos FastPay offers the Smart Kiosk functionality.
Smart Kiosk allows you to shop quickly without queuing by freeing the waiter from the task of selling and allowing them to focus on preparing and serving.
It is also a very useful feature to increase the average ticket. It allows you to suggest products (suggested selling), for example, if someone buys a sandwich, suggest a coffee that can be collected from the machine.
Introduction of new products in 15 seconds
Due to normal circumstances in operations (out of stock, supply failures, need to regenerate product to avoid waste), changes must be made to the scheduled menus on the same day.
Proppos allows "last minute" changes even during the service period.
If it is a new product for which there are no images to pay for, the waiter can place a sample under the scanner and assign the product. After just 15 seconds, the new product is ready for sale.
