Natura, a journey through the senses
Natura is a chain of clothing, accessories, gifts and home that has become a leader in terms of brand awareness and commercial success in the local market.
Natura is synonymous of originality, emotion and positive attitudes. The main objective is to awaken the senses of its customers, through personal treatment in its charming shops, encouraging the smile and the good atmosphere in any corner thanks to a careful decoration and its aromas from around the world.
In 1992 the first Natura store was opened in Barcelona and in 1994 he began his expansion in Spain with new own and franchised stores. At this moment, Natura is present in Spain, Portugal and Mexico.
IM Projects carried out the Natura project in the first half of 2015 and encompassed the main management areas of the company: BackOffice, warehouses, accounting and stores, encompassing its three Natura, Natura Casa and Bee trademarks.
Finally, ICGDataExchange was used to perform various import and export processes with external applications: E-Commerce, Logistic Operator, etc...
For the replenishment of the stores, IM Projects developed a B2B portal integrated with the ERP where both the own stores and franchises confirm the initial purchases of the catalogue, as well as the repetitive purchase. This portal is also used for the purchases management from suppliers once they have been approved by the plant.
