IM Projects has developed for our customer El Fornet the integration APIs and all the transaction flow between Microsoft Dynamics NAV and ICG Software points of sale to allow connectivity between the E-Commerce and ERP environment and points of sale.
The order transactions from the e-commerce environment and the feedback of the order status transactions at the points of sale (in preparation, prepared, delivered ...), allowing real-time monitoring of orders by the customer and of Operations.
