This successful Barcelona’s company matches perfectly the tradition in bakery with the new IS innovation concept. The business was recently created, in 2008 they launched their first bakery and currently the company is preparing the inauguration of the third shop.

The owner, Xavier Barriga, master baker, recovers the original roots of the bakery tradition, offering high quality bread products maintaining the flavor and characteristics of the past.

The installation of ICG solutions was implemented by IM Projects, Master Provider ICG in Barcelona, consisted in the installation of TOUCHPC2 terminals running FrontRest at the point of sale ant connected with the central server where ICGManager Advanced allows full control of all business activities.
